These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Adoopsli's Website, located at https://adoopsli.com, and Adoopsli's Azure DevOps extension (referred to as extension going forward), distributed at Visual Studio Marketplace - Azure DevOps.

By accessing this website or making use of the extension we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Adoopsli if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "Visitor", "User", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website (or extension) and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Unless otherwise stated, Adoopsli and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Adoopsli. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Adoopsli for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

  • Sell, rent or sub-license material from Adoopsli
  • Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Adoopsli

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof. Our Terms and Conditions were created with the help of the Terms And Conditions Generator and the Privacy Policy Generator.

Out support website (Github) offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. Adoopsli does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Adoopsli,its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who post their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Adoopsli shall not be liable for the Comments or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.

Billing​

Adoopsli makes use of Paddle services as the reseller of Adoopsli. Any billing related issue can be submitted via Paddle support. Additionally, please read Paddle's buyer terms and conditions.

Pricing​

Through Paddle, Adoopsli supports payments from multiple regions and currencies. Prices are quoted net of any applicable region specific taxes unless otherwise stated. Any change to region specific taxes will result in an increase in the subscription payments if the new regional taxes are required or tax rates are increased. Similarly if regional taxes are no longer required or the rate is decreased the price will decrease. All region tax collection and price adjustment are handled via Paddle.

Pricing review​

Adoopsli reviews pricing once a year for effect on 1st March. Non United States Dollar (USD) currencies may be adjusted at this time to align them with the current exchange rates. Adoopsli reservers the right to adjust any subscription price on an ad-hoc base if the currency fluctuation is material relative to the United States Dollar (USD).
